• To provide comprehensive support to the Service Department by liaising telephonically with Customers.
• Following up on outstanding jobs with the technician/contractors/Agents
• Preparing Quotes for the repairs
• Ordering of Spares and following up on outstanding Spares Orders for jobs
• Debriefing of Contractors / technicians
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of Grade 12 with proven experience in a similar environment
• Good technical parts interpretation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Excel will be a prerequisite
• Prior experience in dealing with customer queries and handling complaints.
